Message It means that the engine is placed behind the front axle so its a front engine mounted in the 'middle' of the car. It doesnt have anything to do with the actual chassis that the car rides on. If you want to get technical the Z, the G35 sedan and G35 coupe all ride on different chassis. I was just saying that the Z is a Z in Japan while the G35S/C are known as the Skyline there. So no, the G35C is not really a Z.
